Bill Maher, social commentator and late night entertainer rightly pegs an element of the not so polite current social discourse, those triggers and rallying cries that the Leftists and the TDS’ers are drawn and cling to, “’There’s this phrase I use a lot here: zombie lie,’ Maher said. ‘It means something that used to be true and it stopped being true, and then people kept saying it. I feel like this, [women and girls in sports being told they are perennial victims] is a giant zombie lie.’”
However “zombie” it is an apt imprimatur to put also on the mass of memes, constructs, and narratives that are swirling online, in social media, being pumped out by the thousands of keyboard warriors, we know them well by now, “Trump is taking over the government,” “Musk has downloaded every person’s data,” “Trump is a Putin stooge,” and on and on and on.
The twist is these memes and narratives were never true, instead they should be called out for what they are, mindless and mind numbing “Zombie Food,” “Zombie Crack,” “Zombie Coke,” and other permutations of the term. They are being concocted at a breathless pace now, contrived for maximum efficacy like any drug, legal or illegal. They are intended to trigger and feed the Resistance, the Never Trumpers, then to stoke their insatiable need for venting their anger, and for maintaining the mental instability of their movement.
The zombie crack the now almost 45% of the country is living off of is providing an almost opioid like experience, it the maximum fuel for the perpetual anger the Resisters direct at the main object of their discontent, now President Donald Trump, then at Elon Musk, followed by any associate, supporter, or acolyte of either man.
Maher’s zombie lies labeling comes after Nike sports clothier ran a Super Bowl ad championing what Maher calls a lie that women and girls in sports are still and constantly being told they are lesser athletes, have no future, no real presence in the world of sports.
“’When was the last time a woman was told: “You can’t do this, you can’t be confident?” Who are these imaginary mean old men of the patriarchy?’ [telling girls and women this?]
“The host added, ‘it’s not “brat” at all’ – a term now synonymous with being bold, defiant and unapologetic. Maher also used the commercial to send a message to the Democratic Party about how [not] to treat American voters.
“’If the Democrats are ever gonna win again, they have to realize something about the American people. They’re not that savvy about politics, but they know when you’re lying,’ he continued.
“’So who on the left says to the people at Nike, whoever is applauding this: “You’re not helping.” People aren’t buying this. You’re going to lose elections in the future. You just keep doubling down on this stupid idea of always going to the oppressed and the oppressors.
“’It’s almost like you hate progress because it threatens your role as a social justice warrior. So women have to keep being the victim… who does that?’
And so it is with the enablers of and the Resistance, the triggered, shrieking cabal of far Left-wingers that have taken mass social hysteria to levels unseen since the Salem Witch Trials, they are self medicating and thriving on their zombie lies, and the zombie food, the zombie crack fueling their anti-Trump bacchanal.
Time to flip and disrupt the anti-Trump conversation. Just say no to the Resistance’s zombie-fixation and zombie-fication of our nation’s leadership and life in general. All roads do not lead to Trump, time to take back the social-verse and the conversations – Zombies Not Welcome Here!!
