President Trump continues to hold court with the press and most importantly with the public – whether it is a sit down in the Oval Office or an appearance at an official event of some kind, the entire width and breadth of what the President chooses to expound upon at length, or in response to the dozens of questions he is peppered with by the phalanx of reporters that are in attendance – it all is readily available online! Unprecedented access to the President and the day to day affairs of the Whitehouse – the country and the world has never seen anything like it. Thank You Mr. President and his staff, aides, and secretaries for the radical transparency.
Now let’s get to the highlights of today. This morning President Trump held an Oval Office presser, it is available here:
After his White House briefing President Trump left the Oval Office and went to the WH State Dining Room to deliver remarks and discuss the present and future of crypto currency, at the Digital Assets Summit. The President’s remarks today can be viewed here:
After his visit to the Crypto Summit, President Trump left the White House for Andrews Air Force Base to make the trip to Palm Beach, Florida, to spend the week end at his home, Mar-a-Lago. No public events are scheduled for Saturday, 3/8.
In other news, news reports today discussed alleged terms and conditions Russian President Vladimir Putin is likely to or is demanding to end the Russia-Ukrainian War. However, the headlines now are that “Donald Trump has turned on Putin!” Like he was ever on Putin’s side – remember, the current anti-Trump rhetoric is “Russia-Russia-Russia!” “Trump is Putin’s lapdog” “Trump has been a Russian asset (spy or infiltrator) since 1987!”
So of course the headlines today are shock! Trump has turned on his master! Ridiculous, but this is what the world has to put up with, being subjected to the oh so vocal and malcontented Left’s daily antics, pronouncements, anger, and utter wild conspiracies of every kind that they can conjure up against President Trump, his administration, the key people he associates with, and the people that support him.
The New York Post’s take on this so-called rift between President Trump and President Putin is here, and here are some highlights from the article:

DONALD Trump has blasted Vladimir Putin in a fierce condemnation of Russia’s war in Ukraine – demanding both sides “get to the table right now”.
The US President issued a fiery rebuke of the Russians as they once again launched a huge blitz on Ukrainian civilians overnight. …
Trump’s past comments, including labelling the Ukrainian leader a “dictator,” fuelled speculation that he was siding with Moscow, and he has previously cast doubt on continued US support for Ukraine.
Asked whether Russia was taking advantage of the US pulling military aid and intel sharing with Ukraine, Trump said: “I actually think he is doing what anybody else would do.”
He explained: “I think he wants to get it stopped and settled and I think he’s hitting them harder than he’s been hitting them and I think probably anybody in that position would be doing that right now.”
Ukraine and Europe have been working tirelessly this past week to bolster defence following Trump’s halt on military aid and US intelligence sharing.
Yesterday, leaders gathered at an emergency EU summit in Brussels and signalled that a £670 billion war chest will be amassed to help Ukraine in the war against Russia.
President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen called it a “watershed moment” for Europe and Ukraine.
